For Baylor, see lists below under "filled university positions" below. But yes, it looks like their still looking--they've got a tough position to fill. That university has a "unique vision" and needs to find a tuba/euphonium teacher with a strong religious background willing to possibly bring it into the classroom.
It's funny that you also mention Boise State, as the teacher there (Dr. Michael Fischer) was the instructor at Baylor for so many years. Evidently upset with the lack of security in a non-tenure, instructor position, Dr. Fischer left Baylor (in some way or another) and headed off to Boise State. He's been in Idaho 2 years now, and for all intents and purposes, is probably going to get the tenure track position there.
