every time you have a Bb in your marching band music, you would write a C. it would still sound a Bb as long as you are always using your CC fingerings. this is not a terrble idea, but it is a lot of work, and it won't help you if your band director hands out a piece of music and says "play this NOW" Your best bet is to tough it out on a sousaphone for marching season, and to find some way to use your new horn for concert season.
