There is one in the Houston area as well run by a small orchestra. Darn name totally escapes me, however.
Try calling string teachers; they are really "in" to that stuff much more than we tubists seem to be.
Ask Don Little at UNT if his wife (FWSO principal violist) knows of any that permit winds and brass. Good luck finding something for Devin to cut his teeth on...
