Well, it seems to me that any change in mouthpiece equipment would bring about an almost inherent change in embouchure. But I would personally use a 4/4 tuba or bigger for concert bands and community orchestras and a 3/4 CC tuba(preferably the Yamaha 621S)or a B&S/Parantucci F tuba for smaller ensembles or solo work.
