Play the Eb tuba part rather than the BBb tuba part. Replace the treble clef gliph with a bass clef sign and add three flats. Play it just as written. There are rules for handling accidentals which you can figure out for yourself. If you must play the BBb part play it in tenor clef adding two flats whilst picking the correct octave. Beware, the real Brits would take an extremely dim view of a CC tuba in there band, expecially one that may be out of tune and have the wrong tone quality!
