I've spent some time doubling on tuba and tenor sax. I found that if I played tenor for any more than 5 minutes or so my lower lip would swell. When I switched back to tuba, my tone and flexibility were OK, but it would feel vastly different because of the swelling. If I ignored the way it felt and just blew, it was fine. But if I let the different feeling bug me, then I'd start having problems.

If you spend a lot of time where some muscle building will take place, it will change the musculature of your face, which *could* change your embouchure, but it depends on your face and which WW you're playing.
