Very odd... The bell and 2nd valve slide are typical Cerveny craftmanship from the late 19th century. It doews indeed look like the horn was disassembled and rearranged for some purpose. It's difficultto believe that the tuba could have been built so unprofessionally at the factory. Not hving seen any old F Cerveny concert tubas my guess is that this is an Eb horn...as the main tuning slide does not have a loop in it which is typical of a BBb.
