I own a nickel-plated Mahillion (Brussels, Belgium) Bb (NOT BBb) tuba.
It is the same length as a "euphonium", but it definitely is a "tuba" when one examines its valveset bore, bell size and (original - stamped Mahillion) mouthpiece.
As I again quote a well-known Europe-dwelling tubaist's remark which is fitting here:
