An Evening of Music for Tuba
Tony Clements and Friends
May 19, 2001, 7:30 P.M.


Join Tony Clements and other guest artists for an evening of tuba music, which includes the Sonata for tuba and piano, by Paul Hindemith and the ‘Effie’ Suite by Alec Wilder. Other works being performed are ‘Tubaroque’ by Roger Boutry (played on tenor tuba), ‘Encounters II’ by William Kraft and ‘Morning Song’ by Roger Kelleway. Guest artists include Galen Lemmon, percussion, Mary Linduska, soprano and trombonists Robert Szabo, Tony Collins and Philip Zahorsky. Local composer/conductor/pianist Craig Bohmler will be accompanying Mr. Clements.
