Whether or not it's worth it depends on what you want. If you want the mute that feels least like you're using a mute, then it's the Yamaha. If you want something that's quieter than anything else, it's the Yamaha. If you want something that feels like an open horn, get a soundproof practice room. The Yamaha still feels like a mute.

If you're going to be spending all of your practice time with it and you're trying to rebuild your chops, I'd look in to other options like a nearby church or something. I haven't played on the Wallace, but I've owned a H&B for a long time. The Yamaha feels a lot better and is a lot quieter. But, like I said, it still feels like a mute. Playing after using it takes some adjustment.
