Spot an Leland!

I wish more of you (sorry to generalise!) would try to listen rather than theorise! How many of you have heard a top UK brass band? I know it's not a huge movement in the US, but in this country some of the best tuba players play in brass bands, and only call their playing a hobby.

Please try and listen to some Brass bands, for me it's the ideal for a Tuba player, 4 tubas all the time, along with 2 euphoniums and 2 baritone horns. Tubists heaven ?!?

Sorry to go on, but I've played, (And heard, or felt) some of the greatest performances I know that included pedalling or contra-octave.
