You should have no problems with a horn and case that size. You should check it curbside and you'll be less likely to have to pay any oversize fees. If you're checking it inside at the counter and they tell you you'll have to pay oversize fees, tell them that you fly all the time with this case and you've NEVER had to pay any oversize fees before. Sometimes that actually works. The worst thing that can happen is you'll have to pay the $50.
