Is everybody as sickened as I am reading this story? Like someone who sends their instrument to a shop on consignment would A)Not send it in a bag of some sort or B)Just forget whether or not they sent it in the bag. Without knowing the specifics of your situation, I really hope you decide to pursue this matter with this unscrupulous sounding businessman. My experience with such scum is that they become over confident in themselves and eventually make bad mistakes. Good luck!
