They threatened to sue you?!? You have one of two options: If what they say is true, don't even bring it up. On the other hand, if what they say is NOT true, you have nothing to fear by revealing their name! I for one would like to know the identity of the person or persons who have such deplorable business practices as to keep merchandise they have accepted for consignment without remunerating the owner.
Please, let us know who to avoid!
