Well, i personally know Joe Marcinkiewicz so i am partially biased. He makes many excellent tuba mouthpieces. I have owned 5 of his different models, and liked them all. The best one that i liked was the model 18, or the Tommy Johnson. I haven't tried the H3, but own an H2 and its pretty good. When i'm not using the Marcinkiewicz, I own a gold plated Monette model 94, and lovew it. I also have a Conn Helleburg model, it plays well too. It's just a matter of how good your chops are, and what kind of sound your looking for.
