Ditto on everything! The old Conn BBb sousas are extremely popular in the midwest for old-time music. There are a few Kings, Holtons, and Martins around, but most everyone plays a Conn or wishes they did. The Conns seem to have a fuller sound and project better in a large hall or outdoors.

If the silver plate and gold wash on your horn is still in good shape without any major dents and the valves are still tight, it should be worth at least $800-$1000; the biggest problem is finding the right buyer. If you are interested in selling, send me your email address and I might be able to help you find a good home for it.
