I only read bass and treble clefs easily. On the few occasions I have to read tenor clef, I just imagined that the fourth line in the clef was the same as the first ledger line above the bass clef, and so forth. Then, the first two ledger lines below the tenor clef can be thought of as the "missing" first and second lines of the bass clef, and so on.

I find that this method only works when the music is relatively slow. To read fast, I would have to practice reading tenor clef a lot, which I have not done. I think that's true of any clef of transposition you want to learn.
