Do you know if your sousa was made before or after 1985? Parts are available for both but you'll need to identify it a little closer. Before 1985 you'll need a lower mouthpipe for a King Model 2350. After 1985 you'll need a lower mouthpipe for a Conn 14K. It looks like the upper mouthpipe you have is probably off a Bundy... or a long-shot may be a Martin. Either way, if you change the lower mouthpipe you will probably need a new upper mouthpipe.
