I really enjoy the current setup, and to echo the sentiments of some posters below, the new site is too "busy" and feature-laden compared to the easy simplicity of the old site. What makes the current setup great is the simple ease of use and reading, with no need for login and email addresses and the logical setup of the site's features. Pity.
