You should seek out Toby Hanks and consult with him. He has gone down this road, and he will tell you what he's found. He discussed it at length at the Army conference a year or two ago, so I know he's open about it. As of that time, he'd found no cure, but he can probably show you all the information that is available on the subject, good and bad.

On the other hand, he didn't describe it as a quiver. He described it as a hesitation in being able to start a note. Once started, his notes were the way they had always been. Thus, your symptoms may be something else.
