Willson and Meinl Weston both make rotary Eb tubas. They are both 4 valve and I think they are only available in the US by special prepaid order. I believe the Hirsbrunner that Mr. Baadsvik plays has been out of production and unavailable for some time. There is a used one for sale on Bass clef brass.
