1. Fill lungs.
2. Starting playing note.
3. Fill cheeks, allowing them to expand.
4. Close off back of throat.
5. Continue playing note using air stored in cheeks.
6. Fill lungs through nose.
7. Open throat.
8. Go to Step 3.
