E6 for the rank your are in that band (or not be actually).
E6 would be SSgt, or Staff Sergeant in the Army. Three chevrons with one rocker. Air Force would be TSgt (Tech Sgt). In the Navy, E6 would be P01 or Petty Officer 1.
