Well, the Getzen isn't "cheap," but I don't know how the prices of the other two compare. Sometimes you can find one for 4-5000, but if you do make sure nothing's wrong with it.
Of ocurse, we can sit here all day and tell you which horn is best for us, and you could buy it and absolutely suck on it.
Find some way to try them all, and buy the one you like. No sense in saving a few bucks and spending many years playing a horn that's not suited for you.
I dare say if you're a good enough player to justify buying a $10,000 tuba, you're probably good enough to make a tuba $5000 cheaper sound good. This is one way to consider price, especially sinc eyour a college student--i.e., broke.
I'm sure college band directors have a few connections--if you're not close to these horns, thye may be able to arrange some way to brign the horns in or get you to them to try out. It's worth a shot to ask.
