The 1931 and 1934 Conn Bass Brochures describe (but do not illustrate) the 80J as identical to the 36J (recording bell version) except that it has a 23" bell, medium bore (.689?) and only 3 valves. One of the 8XJ horns, I can't recall which one, is illustrated in Catalog 'C' but I don't have that here.
