Go to leather specialties company. Their web address is below. All their guards have 3 layers - an inner felt like layer to protect the finish of the horn, a middle moisture blocking plastic layer, and the outer leather layer. They have a few things up on their web site but can do much more. Give 'em a call, and they can custom make anything you need. Great people to deal with. I had several of their guards on my old bass trombone.
