I don't know if this is available today...or worth the trouble.

Another thing to consider is to simply record a track with a Dr. Beat at various needed tempi (plenty of beats of each needed tempo) and to cut and paste (tediously counting the proper numbers of beats and indexing...though you can probably SEE the beats on the visual read-out) when you're done...For accelerandi, the "very old" or "newest style" Dr. Beat with the "wheel" should work well...a couple of trials to get the various accelerandi just right.
