Due to reasonable cost, replacement with new is the obvious choice for - in particular - a Miraphone (as the old ones are quite thin and usually multiple-spider-cracked...and frankly, with many other no-longer-made bells - using this "tubenet" resource there's a pretty good chance that you can indeed find a replacement used bell with no cracks for most any tuba.
Sometimes I buy-for-cheap old ruined Mirafone bells, but only to chop them up to use for recording-to-detachable-upright conversions on various 4/4 recording tubas.
