My quartet (The Working Class Tuba Quartet)plays these arrangements often with great response from audiences. In our opinion, the two better books are the Spirituals and Traditional Favorites. Mr. Bulla takes familiar tunes and makes interesting (often downright silly - check out his "Polly Wolly Doodle") arrangements that optimize the novel four tuba sound. We have used these both for light festival performances and to lighten up a recital performance. The arrangements are short, but group well into little "suites". For example, an upcoming benefit includes us performing Four Spirituals arr. by Bulla I. Deep River II. Everytime I Feel the Spirit III. Swing Low Sweet Chariot IV. Joshua. Certainly there is more serious literature available, but I'd strongly recommend your group purchase these useful sets. Just one guy's opinion.
