I find it useless to try to quantify the comparative difficulty of instruments. Is flute really more difficult because of the fingerings? I would say that the embouchure issues associated with a brass instrument offset the number of "keys" that you have to push on a woodwind. I know a number of woodwind players who have great difficulty getting any kind of sound out of a tuba.
Different capbilities are required for different instruments. What's harder for one person may be easier for another. This shouldn't be a competition.
