I must say that I remember when Carlton Green played the Vaughan Williams with Leonard Bernstein and the NY Phil on the old "Young People's Concerts." What a marvelous musician he was, even at 17. As I remember, he played it on a Cerveny Piggy CC.
If anyone has video's of this performance, I'd gladly pay for a copy.
I've always wondered what happened to him. Thanks to any who forward an update.
