I'm not familiar with the Willson, although I've heard only great things about them. However, I do own a PT-6PS myself, and love it! I'm no expert by any means, but I've heard from many that you just can't go wrong if you do decide to buy a PT-6P. Happy Tuba-hunting! :-)
