I had this problem when I first started to play horn, and of course it went away without my knowing exactly why it did. All the advice given below is good. I'll add one concept: for every note, there is an optimal combination of air and embouchure tightness. I was able to get the double buzz to go away just by blowing harder, and that may have been it. (Now, I don't have the double buzz, but I have a lot better use of air.) If your use of air isn't up to par yet, you may be tensing way too much for a particular note, instead of supporting it with the air that's needed. Corners firm and pulled in, everything inside the mouthpiece flexible (not loose.) You have to form the aperture around the air stream, not blow the airstream through the aperture.
Reading Arnold Jacobs' book Wind and Song would be good for you.
