Try buzzing the problem notes on the mouthpeice alone. If that doesn't help, buzz the notes above and below the problem area ad then try sliding into the problem notes. If you are not familiar with buzzing the mouthpeice alone you probably should start in a lower, more comfortable register.
Once you can get a good buzz without the fuzziness, then try it on the horn.
