Seiji Ozawa will win it using a King Sousaphone, it wasn't that he was tired of the BSO but didn't want to conduct anymore. The finals will consist of him playing circles around Kurt Masur on "When Yuba Plays the Rhumba on the Tuba" and will prove the critics in Boston wrong.
