"Frustrated" told his instructor about the new horn. One last bit of advice: learn your new horn and NEVER tell your instructor you "are going to get a new horn in a different key" or "is it ok if I use my new tuba which has different pitch?" JUST DO IT, if you give the instructor a choice, they'll choose the harder path for you, which would be either not using your new horn or worse "try to switch back and forth" ... YOU need focus, and the instructor will get a better player IF YOU focus!
