According the the Doug Elliott, 128's got 32.5mm rim right ? and 4N stand for narrow flat rim , and Conn Helleberg 7B has got a more rounded rim. 4N130 is very much a regular Conn Helleberg rim so 4N128 is more like a smaller Conn Helleberg rim. Right?
