I use Hetman's light rotor oil. This works very well and it has a nice needle oiler attached to it to get the oil where you need it. Brasswind sells it but there are different weights so if you have good tight rotors then you want the light rotor oil. I tried the standard rotor oil first and it was too heavy and slowed them down.
