Reunion blues has been moving the entire production oversees, and they have not shipped any bags for close to a year now. you can imagine what that has done to the demand and burden the other makers to pick up the slack.
As for the cost of repairs, they were free, it came back better than new with some improvements so it would not happen again. (hopefully)
I just had to pay about $12 for return shipping.
