Yes! A friend of mine owns a tape of a recording of the "Hoffnung Music Festival". It is a pretty funny tape. It features works like; Concerto for Hosepipe (Dennis Brain, Hosepipe); Concerto Popular (A piano piece where the orchestra plays the accompaniment to the Tchaikovsky, while the solist starts the Grieg concerto. Somehow they end up playing Rhapsody in Blue...); A Chopin Mazurka arraged for Tuba Quartet. The best part of this is the "Annie Laurie" arrangement for heckelphone, contrabass clarinetS, contra-bassoonS, hurdy-gurdy (whatever that is), serpent, contrabass serpent, harmonium, subcontrabass tuba (Hoffnung himself playing), and piccolos! I don't know if you will be able to find this anywhere, but if you do you may find it interesting to say the least.
