I'm not sure it is even possible to buy one. I know that Harvard has one but I don't know if there are any else. I'm sure there are but I can't remember where they all are. All I know about them is that they take tremendous air support to play them, so much that it is very difficult to play much music on it. Here's a link to some pics of subcontrabass tubas. These pics give a real sense as to how HUGE these instruments really are.
