Trumcor mutes are made out of Dallas, by the trumpet and French Horn Principles of the DSO. They are very well made, with a fiber shell, but don't confuse them with the junk stoneline H+B mutes. If you can get one to fit your horn, you would probably like them, unless you really want a "metal" sound like a H+B symphonic, or the Denis Wick mute.

I personally like the Humes and berg symphonic mutes, but good luck finding anyone that has one in stock. I think I know of someone that has a used one for sale.
