It's in the tuba part. Whenever I've done it, it's been customary to have a photocopy of the Bydlo page if a trombonist is playing it. This goes against the letter of the law with regard to photocopying music not in the public domain, but enforcement is far more trouble than it's worth. The orchestra has paid the rental and royalty fees or it couldn't have obtained the material in the first place. Many tuba players, and trombonists who play euphonium have their own copies of Bydlo, by whatever means, and have it committed to memory, like many key excerpts and passages from orchestral repertoire.
