Go to the shops page of this link. Call or e-mail the fine folks at Dillons, Tuba Store, Brasswind, to name a few, and you'll get fair prices and good advice.
My advice: You paid a lot of money for that tuba, and I'm sure it's important to you. Protect it! Find the extra money and buy the best bag you can.
