Just go to their web page. They not only show you the case to fit suggested models, but they give you the form to "make your own."
I'll also put in a plug for RB. I have had one of their bags for years and finally the zipper gave out. Living in the Bay Area I was able to take it to them for repair. For under $50.00 they replaced the zipper, put on new handles and even UPSed it back to me!
It looks like a new bag.
Also, a gig bag is THE ONLY WAY TO GO unless you're shipping your axe.
