tuba on PJBE cover

Hello everyone, i just got the PJBE Greatest Hits CD. (Which I highly recommend BTW) For those of you who have the CD, what kind of tuba is pictured on the cover? It looks like it has a huge bell but is short in height. (similar to a Getzen G50)
Also is John Fletcher on the cover? If he is, he doesn't have his characteristic "Mennonite" beard.
