I'm shooting for just being a band director for now. I'll go around for the auditions for orchestras that open up, but I really dont know if I have the talent to be in a big orchestra, or for that matter if the positions will be open. Right now, I am just working through the Rochut etude book, Blahevich, Kopprasch, and I just finished up the first movement to Vaghaun Williams for my college audition. I'm now working on the Beniscrutto(sp? I dont have it with me right now) tuba concertino to maybe do that with my high school band for spring concert, but who knows. I'm always working on slurs and range and other basics that I've seemed to have lost from a junior year or never practicing, oops!
