When I was euph shopping last summer I played one of these at the NY Brasswind. I was very attracted to the look of them and so really tried to make it work for me. It didn't. I found it very awkward to hold and had real intonation problems. I have heard that they are inconsistently manufactured, so maybe I just got a bad one. By all means, try before you buy.
