The T.U.B.A. (or whatever it is now) seems to have a policy regarding sending its journal when people become members. They don't send the current issue; you have to wait for the next quarterly installment. The last issue I received was "Winter 2001" so I assume the Spring issue will come out in April. You'll probably have to wait 'til then. I can't recall any other organization having such a policy, but I may be wrong.
