I've been meaning to toss in my two cents for a while now so here goes:
It is my humble opinion that there are very few rivals to this horn. The intonation is spot on. My PT-6 has made me very lazy regarding intonation because it is so effortless. Response is lightning fast and even throughout all registers and it really wants to sing in all registers. Low range opens up like the grand canyon and the upper register can really zing along. I really feel that this is as close as anyone has come to making an ideal large ensemble horn and in a pinch it can hold its own in any other sitaution with a modicum of grace. Someone will have to pry this horn from my fingers when I'm dead.
